We offer the following shipping options for customers in the United States:

Orders under $75: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the products in your order.
Orders of $75 or more: FREE standard U.S. shipping! No discount code required.

Free shipping applies to eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more, after applicable discounts and before taxes.

Palmbay products are made to order through our production partner, Printify.

Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and production facility.

Standard U.S. shipping estimates generally range from 4–10 business days, depending on the product and shipping service.

Production time may be additional.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Holidays, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages because different products can be manufactured at different facilities.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees after checkout for an order split into multiple shipments.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided through your order confirmation or shipping notification.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Palmbay currently focuses on shipping within the United States. International availability, if offered, will be displayed at checkout.
